I consider myself to be relatively technologically challenged. Compared to the average person I am probably not up to par on what i should know about current technology. Growing up I was never interesting in computers and even today Facebook is basically the only recource I get out of having a labtop. I usually need help when dealing with different programs and have a hard time learning how to use them.

In the class i hope to become more familar with what technology can do to make me a better student and educator. I hope that after im done with this class I will have a lot easier time when dealing with computers and maybe jumpstart my interest in technology. I understand that technology is growing exponentially and I am coming to the realization that it is a vital recource for everday life. My goal is to be considered an "independent technological user."

After taking my learning style survey I have learned that I am a very visual learner. I also like to understand the big picture of things before I attempt remember specific details. I am more interested in concepts rather then actual facts as well. My learning habits also include me being more reserved and adding my input to group discussions when I am more knowledged. This makes me a reflective learner.
